About
Situated in an undiscovered verdant agricultural region of Le Marche, between eight hilltop villages, which have scarcely changed since the medieval period.

You can walk to the nearest hilltop village, Petritoli which is 2.5km away. Home to eight churches, the bell tower chimes hourly. The immaculate village feels reminiscent of stepping into a scene from a black and white film set. Local nightlife simmers between three modest bars every night of the week. You can dine at a pizzeria, or the much loved man cave 'Osteria Delle Cornacchie' or for a traditional Italian extravaganza visit ‘Ristorante Re Squarchiò'.
Each apartment benefits from uninterrupted views of the Siblini mountains where you can spot the outline of an ever-changing glacier illuminating the mountain tip.

With the pick of several beaches, the coastline spans from Fermo to San Benedetto. The nearest beaches are Pedaso, Cupra or Porto San Georgio which offer sandy coves and rocky peninsulas and an abundance of seafood restaurants and gelato. During the daytime there are food and antique markets where you can enjoy sourcing olive oil, cured meats, cheeses, pasta, vegetables and more.

There is no shortage of vineyards where the wine tasting is popular with locals in their pursuit to happiness. They are very proud of the local wine, Pecorino.

The region is home to players and poets. During the Summer months there is a variety of events including live music, sunrise opera, fiestas, gigs, open air theatre, folkloristic events, farming celebrations and feasts. Even go-karting races will leave you enchanted with the locals passion for the arts and strong sense of cultural history which they are keen to keep alive.

Cycling fanatics won’t find themselves short of challenging routes. Scattered hilltop villages provide a welcome rest for groups of cyclists who can revive their energy levels by stopping at cafes, bars and restaurants. Architectural nuggets are difficult to avoid, every hilltop village and town is rich is history and offers a unique architectural highlight.
