There is no shortage of vineyards where the wine tasting is popular with locals in their pursuit to happiness. They are very proud of the local wine, Pecorino.

During the Summer months there is a variety of events including live music, sunrise opera, fiestas, gigs, open air theatre, folkloristic events, farming celebrations and feasts. Even go-karting races will leave you enchanted with the locals passion for the arts and strong sense of cultural history which they are keen to keep alive.

Scattered hilltop villages provide a welcome rest for groups of cyclists who can revive their energy levels by stopping at cafes, bars and restaurants.
