Prices & Conditions

  • When booking you will receive a rental confirmation from us by e-mail

  • The rental confirmation becomes final upon receipt of the deposit

  • The deposit downpayment is 50% of the total rental price

  • Prices from €875 to €1400 per week depending on season

  • Minimum booking: 7 nights during high season, 3 nights during mid/low season

  • We recommend our property is not suitable for children below the age of 5

  • Casa Bellini is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed

If you are unexpectedly forced to cancel, the following cancellation charges apply:

  • Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start; 50% of the total rent

  • Cancellation between 6 and 2 weeks before the start; 75% of the total rent

  • Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start; 100% of the total rent

 ​

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance.
