Prices & Conditions

• When booking you will receive a rental confirmation from us by e-mail

• The rental confirmation becomes final upon receipt of the deposit

• The deposit downpayment is 50% of the total rental price

• Prices per apartment per night:

  • Gaura & Lavanda vary from €110 (low season), €160 (mid season) to €225 (high season) 

  • Oliva varies from €75 (low season), €110 (mid season) to €175 (high season)

• Cleaning costs are €75 per stay

• Minimum booking: 7 nights during high/mid season, 3 nights during low season

• In mid/high season the standard arrival/departure days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday

• We recommend our property is not suitable for children below the age of 5

• Casa Bellini is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed

• Note! Please note that use of the apartments and facilities including the swimming pool is restricted to guests only

If you are unexpectedly forced to cancel, the following cancellation charges apply:

• Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start; 50% of the total rent

• Cancellation between 6 and 2 weeks before the start; 75% of the total rent

• Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start; 100% of the total rent

 ​

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel and cancellation insurance.
